COMMON QUESTIONS
READY TO STEP UP?
Do I need any brick fitness experience to join?
Not at all. Levels Brick welcomes beginners to brick fitness, and some general fitness experience is helpful. Every move is taught, reviewed, and modified so you can build confidence at your own pace.
Will the moves be taught and reviewed?
Yes. Every move is taught, reviewed, and modified throughout class, so you always know what's coming next and how to adjust it to fit your level.
What equipment do I need?
Just yourself and supportive athletic shoes — the brick is provided. It's the primary piece of equipment you'll step up onto throughout class.
Why do I need to book ahead?
Space in Levels Brick is limited, so booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot on the floor for drop-in or series classes.
Is Levels Brick high impact?
Levels Brick includes higher-impact step-ups, but low-impact modification options are available throughout so you can adjust the movement while staying in the class.
What will I build in Levels Brick?
Levels Brick is designed to build leg strength, power, and stamina, along with balance, coordination, timing, and rhythm — all set to high-energy hip-hop music.
How often does the class meet?
Levels Brick meets weekly on Thursdays from 7:15–8:15 PM, October 22–November 19.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive athletic shoes with good stability for directional movement. During rain, snow, or other inclement weather, bring a clean pair of indoor athletic shoes to change into before class.
What happens if I miss a class?
Please contact The Levels Studio to discuss make-up options for your series.
What if The Levels Studio cancels a class?
If The Levels Studio cancels a scheduled class, registered participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration and a replacement session will be added.
What is the series cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration for the full 6-session series, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before the series begins. Whenever possible, 48 hours' notice is appreciated.
Will I complete a fitness waiver?
Yes. The Fitness Participation Waiver & Release is completed as part of registration. A timestamped copy of the completed agreement is included with your booking confirmation email for your records.
