LEVEL 1

Intro - Beginner

8 Sessions

Oct 3rd - Oct 26th

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s

5:00PM - 5:55PM

Level 1 introduction is for beginners with no previous step experience. Level 1 does not require a stepper. Learn the moves first add the stepper later. All fitness levels welcome.

LEVEL 2

Intermediate

8 Sessions

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s

6:00PM - 6:55PM

Level 2 intermediate is for those with previous step, dance or fitness experience. Level 2 uses step moves to create low impact step routines and expand cardio capacity.

Experienced

8 Sessions

Oct 17th - Nov 9th

Tuesday’s & Thursday’s

7:00PM - 7:55PM

Level 3 experienced is for those who are more experienced in step, dance and/or fitness. Level 3 explores high impact cardio step moves to create high energy routines.
